JUNIOR SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Travelers Marketing is a national leader in creating large-scale advertising and sponsorship platforms that connect brands with the driving public. We partner with Fortune 100 companies, regional and local businesses, state departments of transportation, and toll road authorities to deliver campaigns that drive consumer awareness, build brand affinity, and promote public safety.
We’re seeking a Junior Sales Account Executive who is eager to launch or grow their career in B2B advertising and sponsorship sales. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the full sales cycle—prospecting, presenting, closing, and client retention—while working alongside experienced sales professionals. Experience in out-of-home (OOH) marketing is a plus, but not required.
At Travelers Marketing, you’ll gain hands-on experience building client relationships, developing proposals, and contributing to marketing partnerships that make a difference on the roadways. You’ll receive training, mentorship, and the tools you need to succeed, including exposure to Zoho CRM for sales pipeline management.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Research and identify potential B2B prospects in diverse industries
  • Conduct outreach to prospective clients under the guidance of senior sales team members
  • Support in developing customized sponsorship and advertising proposals in collaboration with our marketing team
  • Assist in client relationship management, renewals, and upsell opportunities
  • Learn to negotiate and close smaller-scale sponsorship or advertising agreements
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline records in Zoho CRM
  • Track and report on outreach activity and assist in preparing sales performance reports
  • Represent Travelers Marketing in a professional manner during virtual meetings and occasional in-person events

This role is designed as a stepping stone into a full Sales Account Executive position.

  • First 3–6 months: Learn core sales processes, shadow senior team members, and close smaller accounts.
  • 6–12 months: Begin managing your own client portfolio, develop advanced proposal skills, and take the lead on select presentations.
  • 12+ months: Transition to a mid-level Sales Account Executive role, owning the full sales cycle, managing larger accounts, and contributing directly to revenue growth goals
