OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team for rural stone business. This is a permanent position 8.30am - 17.00pm Monday to Friday.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, guiding customers through their purchasing decisions. The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others, making them an integral part of our sales team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
• Competent with Microsoft office /excel ESSENTIAL

• Able to input customer orders onto the management system and sage accounting systems and send order acknowledgements
• Have a excellent telephone manner
• Email orders, enquiries and quotations
• Work alongside the senior sales and production team to ensure orders are met on time
• Organising the sending out of samples to customers
• Serve customers who visit our outside display area
• Follow up calls to customers who have received samples and quotations
