Join our team as Junior Sales Analyst   USA-Rock Hill  At HARTMANN, we support healthcare professionals so they can focus on what really matters: positively impacting people’s lives. In this role, you’ll help us build, refine, and scale the sales analytics and KPIs that inform strategic decisions across the commercial organization. By exploring our sales data, pressure‑testing assumptions, and improving how we report performance, you’ll ensure leaders set realistic expectations—and teams have the insights to hit shared goals.   What you’ll do Analyze data and market trends to develop targets, forecasts, and projections that drive revenue, pipeline, conversion, territory performance, customer trends, and rep productivity . Maintain and enhance reports, dashboards and visualizations, interpreting business metric data to track key performance indicators (KPI’s). Tracks revenue by customer, brand, territory, and individual sales reps. Works with business users to refine and improve current reporting and analysis, often performing ad hoc reporting to satisfy end-users. Assists with Sales team compensation planning, processing, and reporting. Deliver ad‑hoc analyses (pricing/margin, territory coverage, account growth) to support business reviews and quarterly planning. Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Commercial Excellence to drive data‑driven decisions.   Our requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Analytics, Economics, or related field 0–2 years of relevant experience (including internships). Solid Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups); proficiency in MS Office; basic Power BI or SQL a plus. Clear communication and stakeholder skills; thrives in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment. Eagerness to learn our business software (Salesforce, SAP).
