POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Junior Sales Associate to join our sales team. You will be instrumental in showcasing our clients’ products and services through engaging, in-store promotions. These promotions are strategically placed in retail environments where customers are ready to make decisions, allowing us to connect with them in meaningful ways. By directly engaging with customers, our approach empowers them to make confident, informed choices about the products.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a related field. (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

• Conduct research to identify potential leads and business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams
• Monitor and report on metrics and KPIs.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
