Enlighten Learning is a student-founded online one-to-one tutoring company for GCSE’s and A-Levels. This also applies to our senior leadership, who also work on Enlighten Learning part time.
This role is a part time, commission based role designed to provide extra income to those already in education or part-time work. This role is not a substitute for a full time position and is ideally suited to ambitious students wanting to get experience in sales and startups.

  • Currently enrolled or hold an offer to a UK University, or have recently graduated/ graduating from such universities
  • Great academic track record at GCSE’s and A-Levels
  • Demonstrated success in target-led roles

Responsibilities

The Junior Sales Associate will be responsible for outbound sales calls to lukewarm leads who have expressed an interest in online tuition services. They will also handle occasional pre-booked inbound leads.
The Junior Sales Associate will manage the end to end sales process, from the initial phone call with our leads to guiding the customer to their first lesson with us.

All Junior Sales Associates will attend Enlighten Learning’s weekly performance call check-ins, which is a 30 minute call held every Sunday evening to discuss individual and team performances.
The expected total time needed for this role is between 6 hours a week (excluding performance check-ins and training), but is completely discretionary to yourself. You manage your time and it’s up to you how successful you are in this role.
