This is a family-owned transport and warehousing business based in Carole Park. With a strong fleet and growing customer base, we’re looking for a motivated Junior Sales Associate to join our team and help drive our business forward.
The Role
This role is about much more than making calls or sending emails—it’s about getting out there and meeting customers face-to-face. You’ll be the friendly, professional first impression of our business, so we’re looking for someone who thrives in these interactions.
Key Responsibilities
· Meet potential and existing customers face-to-face, building genuine connections and trust.
· Proactively generate new sales opportunities across transport and warehousing.
· Support customers by providing solutions and ensuring a high level of service.
· Work closely with operations to ensure smooth delivery of customer needs.
· Keep accurate and professional records using Microsoft Office tools.
· Represent our business with confidence, energy, and professionalism at all times.
What We’re Looking For
· Outstanding people skills – you must genuinely enjoy speaking with people, building rapport, and presenting solutions face-to-face. If you don’t love customer interaction, this role won’t be for you.
· Some experience in heavy vehicle transport and/or warehousing.
· Background in sales or customer service, ideally B2B.
· High level of computer literacy (MS Office suite essential).
· Motivated, eager to learn, and keen to grow with the business.
· Reliable, confident, and ready to step up in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $49,900.00 – $83,088.20 per year
