This full-time position is designed to support our Senior and Associate Sales Representatives, providing essential assistance with daily tasks in the field while serving as a training ground for future growth, potentially into an Associate Sales Representative role. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Coordination: Manage inventory transfers, restock surgical trays, maintain backstock organization and coordinate with vendors to perform annual inventory audits. Logistical Support: Handle the pickup and delivery of surgical trays, ensuring timely and accurate service. Sales and Marketing Assistance: Provide support for sales analytics and inside marketing initiatives. Participate in product training and assist with sales calls, including occasional interactions with surgeons under the mentorship of experienced Sales Representatives.
