GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION

• This position is accountable for achieving sales and profitability goals. This role provides direction and leadership to the field Staff while responsible for the customer satisfaction and market share within the assigned geography.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous work Experience as Sales Assistant.
• Diploma in Mechanical/ electrical Engineering or marketing graduate
• Expect in MS office package
• Valid UAE Driving license
• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills in English and Arabic
• Ability to Work Under pressure
• Team Player

• You will act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions of the company.

• Achieves sales operational objectives by contributing sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining sales system improvements; implementing change
• Meet sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and target countries in support of objectives
• Procure feasible enquiries and offer solutions to convert into sales
• Support and manage the distributors in technical & product knowledge
• Meet the Consultants, MEP contractors, End user, key accounts.
• Junior Sales (even Fresh) to be trained & prepared for market.
• Duty to approved different Customers & generate Business
