THE ROLE: JUNIOR SALES CLOSER – REAL ESTATE DISPOSITION

As a Junior Closer, your job is to own the front-end of the sales cycle:

• Build rapport and qualify buyers.
• Run discovery conversations to understand property details and motivation.
• Gather deal info for senior sales managers.
• Set appointments and tee up opportunities for Senior Closers to present offers and lock in contracts.
• Handle consistent follow-up to keep deals warm and moving forward.

This role is perfect for someone who’s hungry to break into real estate sales, but wants the training and ramp-up period before becoming a full closer.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage inbound & company-provided seller leads (no cold prospecting).
• Qualify leads using our proven framework (motivation, condition, timeline, price).
• Collect data and package deals for Senior Sales Managers.
• Book and confirm appointments for full offer presentations.
• Follow up with leads consistently until they’re ready to move forward.
• Hit daily/weekly performance metrics around calls, follow-ups, and set appointments.
