EF- English Live Sales Team is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Person with a high level of French to join our European team in Barcelona's office.   As a Junior Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our Online English courses. You will have a key role in developing, revenue, and the number of students joining our online school and being part of a fast-growing business.   Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:   * Inbound and Outbound calls to potential new customers - zero cold calls.  * Upgrade and Renew current customers. * Qualify leads given and turning them into business opportunities. * Take full ownership of direct sales in the region and reach KPI's and Sales targets. * Achieve excellent customer service and proactively respond to client queries. * Performs database and record-keeping activities.   Requirements:   * The candidate must be already based in Barcelona.  * 1 - 2 years experience in Sales minimum. * An advanced/native level of French.  * A minimum of a speaking B2 level of English * Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude. * Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers. * Cultural awareness and ability to work within a team.   Benefits and fun stuff:   * Fixed salary + very attractive commission plan * Flexible working: 2 days at the office, 3 from home * 28-day holidays/year * Flexible Remuneration Plan: Private medical insurance, child care voucher, restaurant tickets * UrbanSports discounts  * Internal Career Path and opportunities internationally. * Work in a multinational office. * Work with passionate and enthusiastic people.
