Responsibilities

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

You’ll be representing some well-known brands, using a customer-first mindset to generate sales and build lasting relationships. Working as part of an outsourced sales team, you will engage directly with customers in a variety of face-to-face, residential and event environments in Brighton, using strong customer service skills to drive sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • SALES THROUGH CUSTOMER SERVICE:Utilise a customer-first approach to engage with potential customers, focusing on understanding their needs and offering solutions. Your goal will be to generate sales by building trust and offering recommendations based on the customer you are talking to.
  • CUSTOMER INTERACTION:Meet with potential customers across Brighton in residential and event environments, offering a friendly and professional service while promoting products.
  • CLIENT REPRESENTATION:Act as a representative of well-known brands, ensuring a positive customer experience and accurate presentation of products and services.
  • ACHIEVING SALES TARGETS:Work to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the success of client campaigns.
  • PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE:Become well-versed in the features and benefits of the products and services you’re promoting to confidently answer customer questions and personalise your pitch.
  • TEAM COLLABORATION:Work closely with your team, sharing tips and strategies to help everyone achieve their sales targets.
  • SALES SUPPORT:Ensure that customers are fully satisfied with their purchases, providing assistance throughout the sales process to maintain a high level of customer care.
