Stellenbeschreibung Für unser deutsches Sales Team suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen (Junior) Sales Consultant in Teilzeit (20 Wochenstunden, befristet auf 2 Jahre) für die Betreuung unseres Industrie Kundenportfolios. IHRE ZUKÜFTIGEN AUFGABEN: Sie sind für den Aufbau und die Pflege der bestehenden Kundenbeziehungen verantwortlich. Sie bauen bestehende Kundenverträge aus, sie sichern neue Pipeline und identifizieren neue business opportunities (cross und up selling) Sie bereiten Pitches vor und führen sicher Sales Verhandlungen mit gewinnbringenden Ergebnissen für uns und den Kunden durch Sie bringen Expertise aus den Fachabteilungen zusammen, um Lösungen zu finden, die unsere Kunden begeistern und erreichen dadurch Ihre Umsatzziele Sie entwickeln ein solides Verständnis der Branche, des Geschäfts und des Marktes Ihrer Kunden, um als Berater und Sparringspartner zu agieren Sie kooperieren mit unserer Customer Success Abteilung und anderen relevanten Teams zur Entwicklung und Ausführung von Account-Plänen und Joint Business Plans Budgetverantwortung Teilweise Reisetätigkeit Qualifications Erste Berufserfahrung im Sales oder Key Account Management - FMCG / Retail Erfahrung ist ein Plus Sie besitzen ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung Idealerweise haben Sie erste Erfahrung im Category Management vorzuweisen Sie zeichnet ein sehr gutes Kundenwissen und aktuelles Wissen über Branchentrends und News aus Durch Ihre Kundenorientierung und Ihre starken Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten können Sie unsere Kunden nachhaltig überzeugen und beraten Sie zeichnen sich durch Ihre guten Consultative Sales/Selling und Influencing Skills sowie Verhandlungsfähigkeiten aus Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse im Wort und Schrift Das Jahresbruttogehalt für diese Position liegt zwischen 19.000 € und 22.925 €. Die konkrete Gehaltseinstufung richtet sich nach relevanter Berufserfahrung, Qualifikation, Kompetenzen und internen Vergütungsstrukturen.
