MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Valid full driver’s licence with a clean driving record
  • Construction White Card
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • CRM experience preferred, but not necessary
    Pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening, is required.

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

You will build and nurture relationships with key decision makers, influencers, architects, and interior designers. By learning to identify the needs of our diverse client base and markets, you’ll help secure new business, drive specifications, and ultimately contribute to your own professional development.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Contribute to sales growth across NSW and ACT by identifying and securing new business opportunities
  • Balance outbound calls activity with site visits and attend networking events,
  • Build and manage your own portfolio of client relationships
  • Maintain a sales pipeline through consistent follow-up and client engagement
  • Deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders with confidence and professionalism
  • Travel regularly throughout the region to meet clients and conduct on-site consultations
  • Work closely with internal support teams
  • Track your sales activity, pipeline updates, and client interactions using a CRM systemKeep up to date about market trends, industry developments, and competitor offerings
