JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. As a Junior SDR, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our customer base. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers, nurturing leads, and setting up appointments for our senior sales team.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to engage and build rapport with potential customers.
  • High level of motivation, self-discipline, and eagerness to learn.
  • A basic understanding of SaaS products and the technology industry is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and written communication skills
  • Own laptop and stable internet connection
  • Currently unemployed and available to start immediately.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct research to identify potential prospects and key decision-makers within target companies.
  • Initiate contact with potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and social media.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs, pain points, and business objectives.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate information about leads and prospects.
  • Schedule appointments and demos for the senior sales team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on inbound leads and marketing campaigns.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly quotas for lead generation and appointments set.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and the competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions.
