We’re looking for a Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing GTM team. Partnership – We succeed by working closely together. What You’ll Do Research companies and identify potential decision-makers within target accounts. Build and maintain high-quality prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and other research tools. Execute outbound outreach across multiple channels to engage prospective customers and generate qualified meetings. Personalize messaging based on each prospect and account. Continuously learn about our target market and customer challenges. Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team. Maintain accurate CRM records and keep prospect data organized. Work closely with Sales and Marketing to improve messaging and outbound strategies. As you grow in the role, gradually take on more phone outreach and cold calling. What We’re Looking For Native English speaker (required). Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Entrepreneurship, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Customer Success, Recruiting, or another customer-facing role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Curious, resourceful, and eager to learn. Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed and grow. Comfortable researching companies, solving problems, and engaging with new people. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. Positive attitude, resilience, and a strong work ethic. Excited to join a fast-growing AI startup and grow into future sales opportunities. Nice to Have Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar research tools. Previous internship or experience in sales, marketing, recruiting, or lead generation. Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce. Interest in AI, SaaS, or commercial real estate technology.

Responsibilities

The SDR will research target accounts and identify decision-makers to generate qualified meetings through multi-channel outbound outreach. They are responsible for maintaining accurate CRM records and collaborating with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging strategies.
