Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) — VSN ArenaPro Video Stream Networks (VSN) – Markets: UK, Italy, Spain, Portugal, France We are building a small, focused two-person SDR team to drive pipeline growth for VSN ArenaPro across five key European markets: the UK, Italy, Spain, Portugal, and France. This is a ground-floor opportunity to join a high-impact commercial team at a critical growth phase. As a Junior SDR, you will be the tip of the spear — identifying and qualifying prospects, opening conversations with decision-makers, and handing over warm opportunities to senior sales. You will work closely with the Managing Director and your SDR partner, with direct visibility at the highest level of the organisation. VSN is a technology company specialising in media asset management and broadcast solutions. With decades of experience serving broadcasters, sports organisations, and media companies worldwide, VSN is now expanding its commercial reach with ArenaPro — a next-generation platform built for sports venues and live events. The successful candidate will be based anywhere with a commutable distance from our office in Barcelona, working in a hybrid work model! What your day will look like: Research and identify target accounts within the sports, live entertainment, and stadium sectors across the five markets Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads Qualify inbound leads and manage initial discovery conversations Book and coordinate introductory meetings and demos for the senior sales team Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM (leads, activities, pipeline stages) Build and iterate on outreach messaging tailored to each market and persona Monitor industry news, events, and triggers to identify timely outreach opportunities Meet weekly and monthly targets for outreach activity, meetings booked, and qualified pipeline About You: Essential 1-2 years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role (internships count) Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional language in Spanish, Italian, French or Portuguese is a strong advantage) A genuine hunger to break into B2B tech sales and build a commercial career Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working with targets and KPIs Confident on the phone and in written outreach — resilient and persistent without being pushy Comfortable with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms (e.g. HubSpot) Legally authorized to work in Spain Nice to Have Familiarity with or passion for the sports, media, or broadcast technology sector Experience with prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Lusha, etc.) Exposure to a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment What You Will Gain Direct mentorship from Senior Sales members and the senior leadership team A clearly defined path to Account Executive or Market Lead for your region Hands-on experience building a commercial function from the ground up across five European markets Competitive base salary with an uncapped commission structure Flexibility to work remotely, with travel to key markets and events when appropriate The chance to be part of a product launch that will shape VSN's next growth chapter To learn more about VSN, please visit our website: www.vsn-tv.com We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those candidates selected for an interview will be contacted. #VSN
