For more info: https://www.rakuna.co/ Job Description Our Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) cum QA position offers an entry point into the world of business development, providing foundational knowledge and valuable skills: Responsibilities 1. Sales & Marketing Development (80%) Conduct proactive sales outreach via multiple channels, including LinkedIn, Email, Reddit, etc, to engage potential customers. Develop and maintain a comprehensive customer database. Drive lead generation by encouraging prospects to schedule product demonstrations. Implement targeted email marketing campaigns to attract and nurture leads. Support product demonstrations and diligently follow up on outcomes. Contribute to content marketing initiatives and basic design tasks. Actively participate in community-building efforts to expand reach and engagement. 2. Compliance & Product Quality Assurance (20%) Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures. Coordinate with teams to address quality-related issues and ensure continuous improvement Monitor and ensure adherence to quality standards for company products. Qualifications To succeed in this program, candidates must possess the following: Proficient English language skills (mandatory) Proactive communication skills. Computer literacy and proficiency in search engines, Microsoft Office Suite, and AI chatbots (Chat GPT, Grok, Gemini…) Strong listening and quick learning abilities.
