QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
  • 3+ years’ experience in a Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or similar role, ideally within B2B fintech.
  • Experience in training and onboarding sales teams, with a track record of building and scaling enablement programs.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems: Gong, HubSpot and other sales tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure the impact of enablement programs and optimize based on results.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Swedish and English, comfortable leading training sessions and engaging with diverse teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing needs and priorities.

The Sales Enablement Manager will be responsible for equipping our sales team with everything they need to succeed, including onboarding, training, and ongoing support in areas like lead sourcing, CRM management, and lead generation. This role requires a strategic thinker who understands the unique needs of B2B sales and customer success in fintech, is data-driven, and can develop programs that increase productivity and performance across the sales organization.
