We specialize in waterproofing systems, painting works, flooring solutions, landscaping, and construction of villas, townhouses, and commercial buildings. Our Paint & Waterproofing Division is growing, and we are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Engineer to join our team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience in sales/technical engineering (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Basic knowledge of waterproofing systems, paints, and construction materials is an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Valid UAE driving license.
• UAE Nationals are welcome to apply.

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the paint and waterproofing sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and clients.
• Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals.
• Study project specifications, BOQ, and drawings to provide accurate solutions.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and ongoing projects.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
