We are seeking a Junior Sales Engineer who is motivated to build a career in heavy equipment and industrial sales. This role will support senior sales staff, learn the product lines, and grow into managing accounts and territories.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Junior Sales Engineer will be responsible for assisting in sales presentations, responding to customer inquiries, supporting distributors, and learning how to identify new business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone with a technical background and strong communication skills who wants to learn how to sell complex engineered equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 0–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience in industrial, construction, or engineering-related markets.
  • Technical aptitude; background in engineering, mechanical systems, or hydraulics a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM software experience preferred.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and willing to travel.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
