Job Description
At Rewind, we provide industry-leading backup and recovery solutions for businesses operating in the Atlassian, GitHub, Shopify, and Monday.com ecosystems. Our mission is to ensure that companies can secure, restore, and recover their critical SaaS data with ease and confidence.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Junior Sales Engineer to partner with our Commercial Sales Team, serving as the technical expert and trusted advisor for prospective customers.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re seeking a tech-savvy, customer-focused, and problem-solving individual who can balance technical expertise with strong communication skills. You don’t need to have extensive work experience - we are looking for problem solvers, out-of-the-box thinkers and technical aptitude.

Responsibilities

As a Junior Sales Engineer, you’ll be the go-to technical resource for the Commercial Sales Team, working alongside Account Executives (AEs) to drive revenue by demonstrating the value of Rewind’s platform. You’ll play a crucial role in pre-sales engagements, helping customers understand how our backup & recovery solutions fit into their existing workflows.
