Job Description

• Establish and maintain good customer relationships
• Manage key accounts and generate new opportunities through follow up
• Provide technical consultative service to help customers to understand their needs and products better
• To plan, execute and finalise orders according to customer’s needs and requirements
• Supervise, monitor and follow up on enquiries, quotations and other documentation
• Enforce prompt quotation submission and make sure all documents are well organised and adequately handled
• Work closely with customers or other parties involved to resolve any issue regarding quotation submissions, customer requirements and other related matters
• Lead the assistant in gathering information and liaising with customers for any changes in the delivery schedule or for any other issues related
• Enforce frequent checks to ensure the products were received correctly by customers and gather feedback from customers
• Perform a thorough investigation of customer’s complaints
• Review and control supplier’s quotation for purchased items

• Perform checks on the purchase order and internal approval issued by assistance prior to approvalReport to Sales Manager on sales achieved, goals and prospects

• • Possesses Class 3 driving license and with own vehicle will be an added advantage
• Min Diploma in Sales / Marketing or another relevant field
• Min 1 year of relevant working experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skillsProficient with AutoCAD will be an added advantage
