CC Matting is Ireland’s leading provider of contamination control flooring solutions, operating from two warehouses in Bandon, Co. Cork. As a fast-paced and expanding business, we manage two specialist brands: Logo Mats Ireland and Entrance Matting Ireland.
We are seeking a Junior Sales Executive to support the growth of these brands. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, goal-oriented individual who is confident with numbers, detail-focused, and eager to develop a career in sales.

Responsibilities

As a Junior Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales and delivering excellent customer experiences:

  • Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads for Logo Mats Ireland & Entrance Matting Ireland.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional, timely communication (phone, email, and in-person).
  • Understand customer needs and confidently recommend tailored product solutions.
  • Prepare accurate quotes, process orders, and manage supporting documentation with precision.
  • Liaise with suppliers and production partners to track orders and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Assist with stock management, inventory checks, and handling product samples.
  • Provide customer service support, resolving queries effectively or escalating where required.
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge and market trends to support informed sales conversations.
  • Take ownership of personal development and continuously build your sales skills.
  • Represent the company with professionalism, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new product markets, moving opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • Engage in outbound sales activity, including cold calling to generate new leads.
