Kick off sales cycles by identifying and qualifying prospects Connect with prospective customers through email outreach, LinkedIn and cold calling Work closely with Senior Consultants to book qualified meetings and take prospects through an enterprise sales cycle Develop relationships with prospects and uncover pain through effective questioning Collaborate with a wide range of departments What we're looking for: A genuine interest in building a career in sales or the supply chain industry Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with prospects over the phone and in person An analytical mindset with the ability to think critically, interpret data, and identify trends Ability to work independently while also being a supportive team player Self-motivated, with a natural drive to achieve goals and celebrate success Previous customer service, retail, or phone-based experience (advantageous but not essential) Resilience, positivity, and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment Why should you join efm Logistics?
