POSITION OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Executive to join our growing team in Tampa. You’ll be helping clients find the right health coverage to fit their needs and budgets, all while learning from experienced mentors.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a passion for helping others
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be 18 years or older

• Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable health insurance options
• Educate clients on plan details, benefits, and coverage options in a clear, easy-to-understand way
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
• Stay current on industry trends and product offerings
