Responsibilities

Your core focus will be:
Helping to grow the Eddison’s business via proactive and reactive contacts
Identifying potential new opportunities
Working alongside the rest of the Business Development team to learn and grow your skill set and gain a thorough understanding of Eddison’s services in order to speak knowledgeably to potential clients.
Key activities will be:
Responding to incoming enquiries
Researching potential new clients
Approaching prospective clients via email, telephone and social media and nurturing those contacts through to sale
Identifying upselling and cross selling opportunities within existing clients
Shadowing the wider team to learn more about Eddison’s services and how the team works including key skills required to successfully grow the business
Attending shows and events to help promote Eddison’s to the wider prospective client base (some overnight stays may be required depending on location)
