Channel Factory UK is looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our growing sales team in London.
This is a key role within a fast-moving, mission-led business that is redefining how brands engage with the walled gardens.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 2-4 years of digital ad sales experience towards agencies (YouTube/video experience is a plus)
  • Strong network of contacts across media agencies and brands in the UK.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Effective problem-solving skills, specifically the ability to assess situations, evaluate options, make decisions, draw conclusions, and exercise judgment
  • Possess understanding and ability to analyze clients’ business marketing objectives, brand or ROI goals, media buying cycles, metrics for success, etc.
  • Exceptional communication/presentation skills

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager based in London with a passion for video and social media while consistently striving to exceed the expectations of clients, team members, and co-workers.
As part of our high-performing UK sales team, you will be responsible for driving new revenue opportunities and building trusted partnerships and relationships within the agencies and advertisers. You’ll work with a team that values collaboration, creativity, and accountability, all while delivering best in market YouTube and social solutions that align with our commitment to responsible and effective advertising.
The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with strong relationships across the media and advertising landscape, and a passion for innovative adtech solutions that deliver both performance and purpose.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Promote and represent Channel Factory solutions within London media agencies
  • Identify and implement sales strategies within your agency patch to generate revenue streams
  • Build and maintain relationships with account teams, key decision-makers and influencers within your allocated agency patch
  • Collaborate internally with the client services, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Finds new sales opportunities through current contacts, networking and reach out, developing long term partnerships within key media agencies and direct clients
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Provide actionable insights and solutions to agencies based on their video advertising goals and Channel Factory’s capabilities; negotiate costs and terms to secure win-win partnerships
  • Forecast, track, and report sales performance including budget, timelines, probability to close etc
  • Represent Channel Factory at industry events, conferences, and client meetings as a knowledgeable and trusted partner
