Are you a relationship builder, deal-closer, and opportunity-spotter all in one? GoPhoto is looking for a dynamic Junior Sales Manager to lead revenue growth, expand our partner network, and take our photo solutions to new heights around the globe.
As our Sales Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for managing client relationships, streamlining the sales process, and closing deals from hardware to photo products. You’ll work closely with both existing and prospective partners to ensure smooth communication, tailored proposals, and a sales pipeline that drives impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and partners through regular check-ins and hands-on support.
  • Act as the go-to contact for all sales inquiries, resolving questions and issues swiftly and professionally.
  • Drive outbound sales efforts. Identify, target, and connect with new business opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Follow up on inbound leads with personalized outreach that converts interest into long-term partnerships.
  • Understand client pain points and pitch tailored hardware and product solutions that meet their exact needs.
  • Create, present, and negotiate compelling sales proposals and quotes that close deals.
  • Keep Monday.com CRM data accurate and organized, tracking leads, client activity, and deal progress at every stage.
  • Prepare, review, and manage contracts and sales documentation. Ensuring everything is clear, compliant, and aligned with client expectations.
