As our Junior Sales Manager, you will join our Sales & Marketing team, ensuring that our POHA houses are fully let with a thriving community. Being part of our Aachen-based team, you will help us to ensure our monthly sales and revenue goals and be the resident’s first contact representing our brand and products.

• Be the face and first point of contact for anyone interested in living or working in one of our POHA Houses
• Be the face and first point of contact for anyone interested in living or working in one of our POHA Houses
• Own the lettings journey for leads across all of our active locations from first contact to contract signature
• Proactively promote POHA to interested inbound leads via phone, email, WhatsApp and video calls
• Gain insights and support the Head of Sales with B2B Sales
• Work closely with the marketing and community teams to convert qualified leads into active residents and members
