POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a Junior Sales Manager who has outgrown the entry-level position and is eager for new challenges. This individual will work independently to cover an assigned market, with a strong focus on customer presence and sales growth. The role involves minimal administrative tasks (no more than 20%), allowing most of the time to be spent engaging with customers in the field.
A detailed-focus Weinig team player who fully supports his direct superior in local sales market for the best interest of the organization to achieve the company target together with the Weinig professional team.

QUALIFICATIONS :

l Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/engineering/electrical or similar discipline.
l 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing of woodworking machinery/automation solutions.
l Someone beyond the junior level, seeking a challenging role with greater responsibility.
l Strong ability to work independently and manage market coverage with minimal oversight.
l Proven experience in sales or related roles, with a focus on customer interaction and market growth.
l Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow.
l Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
l Effective communication and building effective relationship.
l Outgoing personality and good presentation skills.
l Team player with a positive and results-oriented attitude.
l Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM software.
l Professional, highly organized working style, good time management.

Responsibilities
  • Independent Market Coverage: Proactively manage and develop the assigned market with a focus on customer engagement and expanding sales.
  • Lead Transfer and Support: Project leads will be transferred to the General Manager and Sales teams, who will provide local support as needed.
  • Customer Presence: Spend the majority of your time (80%) with customers, representing our brand, building relationships, and identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Administration: Handle administrative tasks efficiently, ensuring they do not exceed 20% of your overall workload.
  • Sales Development: Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the woodworking industry.
  • Lead Generation: Assist in generating and qualifying leads through various channels, including trade shows, online research, and networking events.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and progress toward sales goals. Prefer to have knowledge on using CRM Software.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies with overall company goals.
