Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a proactive sales wizard with a passion for all things payments who can help us scale our rapidly growing business and prioritize building reliable long-term partnerships. You’ll be the first link between our company and external providers’ teams, crafting strategies that balance growth with security and business needs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Stay current on digital payments, industry trends (e.g., card payments, digital wallets & APMs, BNPL), and competitor activity.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities and reliable third-party providers (e.g., PSPs, APMs, fraud tools).
  • Research emerging technologies and innovative solutions to enhance the company’s payment ecosystem.
  • Initiate contact with potential partners and providers through outreach (e.g., cold calling, emails, LinkedIn).
  • Stay up-to-date on the company’s product knowledge and communicate the value of current offerings to potential and existing partners.

Validate the feasibility, relevance, and strategic fit of proposed payment solutions.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and pitches.
  • Ensure accurate, timely submission of documentation to external partners while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Keep CRM systems fully updated with lead status, pipeline stages, and deal activity.
  • Track, report, and analyze individual deal progress and KPIs.
  • Support contract review and negotiation processes in alignment with company objectives.
  • Minimize communication gaps by ensuring timely responses and consistent follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Legal, Risk, Product, Engineering, Support) to gather critical information.
  • Follow up on action items with internal and external stakeholders to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards in payments during each stage of the onboarding process.
  • Monitor progress of active initiatives and communicate updates to relevant teams.
  • Active participation and coordination to activate new partnerships and maintain existing ones in good standing.
  • Assist in evaluating and monitoring the performance, compliance, and reliability of integrated solutions and providers.
