Committed to innovation and exceptional service, we are expanding our team and have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Sales Manager at our Lasham, Hampshire Depot.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

As the Junior Sales Manager, based at our head office in Lasham, you will lead the sales side of the construction department, supporting the Head of Construction in driving revenue growth and maintaining high levels of customer service. You will be accountable for construction sales revenues, building strong client relationships, and coordinating with our internal operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to incoming enquiries via website, telephone, and email.
  • Advise clients on the best sanitation and welfare solutions for their construction sites.
  • Maintain the highest customer service standards and uphold product quality excellence.
  • Line Manage Sales Team, including 1-2-1’s, performance reviews, targeting and absence management.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of construction customers, upselling our full product range.
  • Build quotes, negotiate contracts, and ensure customers receive the best solutions for their projects.
  • Process orders, take payments, and complete sales administration.
  • Attend and represent Site Equip at construction industry exhibitions and networking events.
  • Communicate effectively with operations, marketing, and accounts teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Provide support to the Head of Construction and collaborate with the wider business.
  • On-Call Rota.
