WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Representing major clients through residential and event-based campaigns (retail venues, sporting events, pop-ups)
• Delivering compelling product and service presentations to generate interest and drive face-to-face sales
• Managing personal targets and contributing to team goals
• Learning core sales and marketing techniques, including objection handling and customer engagement strategies
• Developing a professional presence and communication style

AS YOU MASTER THE FUNDAMENTALS, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL GROW TO INCLUDE:

• Mentoring and supporting new team members
• Assisting in recruiting and onboarding new entry-level staff
• Leading small teams on campaigns and managing performance
• Attending client meetings to share feedback and insights
• Helping shape campaign strategy and performance delivery
