We are seeking a recent college graduate for our Junior Sales Representative to join our team at Colonial Assisted Living. In this role, you will play a vital part in promoting our senior care services and helping families find the right living solutions for their loved ones. This position is essential to our mission of delivering compassionate care and support to seniors.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in sales and marketing is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to promote our assisted living services.
  • Engage with potential clients and their families to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Outreach to local healthcare facilities to get referrals for discharged patients who cannot go home yet or maybe ever from hospitals and physical rehab facilities.
  • Conduct outreach activities, including community events and presentations, to raise awareness about our services.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects and follow up as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
