We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Sales Project Assistant to join our growing sales team. This entry-level role is designed for individuals who are eager to gain hands-on experience in sales operations, project coordination, and client relationship support. The Junior Sales Project Assistant will provide administrative, organizational, and project-based support to ensure sales initiatives are executed efficiently and effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience

  • High School, Associates or Bachelor’s degree.
  • Previous internship or work experience in sales support, project coordination, or administrative role is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling, preparing documents, and managing sales records.
  • Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and client reports.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, finance, operations) to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and follow-ups, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Support account managers in maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Help coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-up activities with prospective and existing clients.
  • Update and maintain CRM systems with accurate client and project information.
  • Compile sales data, analyze trends, and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Assist in monitoring project budgets, invoices, and sales metrics.
  • Participate in sales project planning sessions and provide logistical and administrative support.
  • Document processes, lessons learned, and best practices to improve efficiency.
  • Assist in researching new markets, competitors, and potential client opportunities.
