Responsibilities

As a full-time Junior Sales Representative, you’ll play a vital role in promoting our products and services while building lasting relationships with clients and healthcare professionals. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Relationship Building:
  • Develop and maintain strong connections with healthcare professionals, organizations, and individual clients in your territory.
  • Provide outstanding customer service through regular communication and personalized solutions.
  • Product Expertise:
  • Gain a deep understanding of our product lines, including mobility aids and daily living solutions, and confidently share this knowledge with clients.
  • Conduct tailored product demonstrations to showcase features, benefits, and how they address client needs.
  • Client Support:
  • Assist clients in navigating funding programs such as the Alberta Aids to Daily Living (AADL) Program, ensuring they access the resources they need.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients to the right solutions and offering exceptional support.
  • Sales Strategy & Reporting:
  • Identify new sales opportunities and work to meet or exceed targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions using our CRM system.
  • Continuous Learning:
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, product innovations, and funding programs through self-directed study and collaboration with the team.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork:
  • Work closely with your manager and colleagues to share insights, improve strategies, and foster a supportive team culture.
  • Participate in trade shows, product launches, and professional events to promote the company and build your network.
