Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Representative to join our growing team in Eastern Ontario. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or a professional from another industry looking to start a career in the renewable energy and clean technology sector.
As a Junior Sales Representative, you will receive training and mentorship to help you succeed in promoting ATI-WATT’s innovative energy storage and micro-grid solutions. You will work closely with our sales and technical teams to build customer relationships, identify opportunities, and support business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of sales strategies for regional growth.
  • Engage with customers through site visits, calls, and meetings to understand their needs.
  • Learn and promote ATI-WATT’s solutions, including battery energy storage systems and hybrid renewable projects.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations with support from senior team members.
  • Track and report on sales activities and opportunities using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with technical and project delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously learn about the renewable energy sector and stay updated on industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field, OR prior work experience in another industry with a strong desire to transition into sales.
  • Strong interest in renewable energy, micro-grids, or clean technology.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Highly motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel within Ontario for client visits and site meetings.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CRM knowledge is an asset.
