We are currently looking for a Junior Sales Representative to support our sales team and liaison with our customer base. The successful candidate will support our trading group with contract maintenance, direct communication with customers and manage sales inquiries and requests.

Your work will vary from week to week, and will include a variety of tasks including:

  • Ensuring customer data is inputted timely and accurately
  • Create, issue, and follow up directly on invoices to clients
  • Manage account contracts to ensure correct pricing and contract fulfillment
  • Fielding any sales inquiries and requests
  • Work with new customers and vendors to accurately onboard them in the system
  • Serve as a support/back up for all things sales

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • High school diploma or bachelors (1 year)
  • 1-2 years customer service or sales considered an asset.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with routinely shifting demands
  • Flexibility and multitasking are critical to the success of this position
  • High degree of attention to detail and efficient typing skills
  • Data entry experience, computer literate and comfortable using systems including MS Office
  • Highly professional, polite, and polished with a positive attitude
  • Working knowledge of general office equipment
