YOUR PROFILE

  • First experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, ideally in SaaS, PropTech, or related industries
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset
  • Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Business fluent in Dutch and fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce) and sales prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo) is a plus
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and engage potential customers through remote prospecting using tools such as Zoho CRM, Lusha and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, with the goal of developing business opportunities and closing deals
  • Drive the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a strong pipeline and consistent revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Take ownership of customer interactions, including responding to inquiries, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts in Dutch and English
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, including account details, legal agreements, and customer communication
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Success, Real Estate Services, and Marketing, to align sales activities and optimize customer engagement
