Description

LOOKING TO BREAK INTO THE BUSINESS OF SPORTS?

SuperFd Performance Nutrition fuels elite professional athletes across 16+ North American cities with in-flight meals, pre/post-game catering, and composed player meals-to-go. We’ve fueled athletes for more than a decade with over 1,000,000 meals served and partnered with 60+ professional sports teams across every major league — from the clubhouse to the airplane — and we’re just getting started.
We’re looking for a determined, ambitious go-getter to join our team as a Sales & Operations Support Associate. This role gives you a front-row seat to the sports world, helping manage the systems, data, and lead flow that power our partnerships with teams across all major leagues.
If you love sports, are hungry to learn, and want to build a career working directly with professional teams, this is your shot. You’ll start by mastering the back end of sales and order management, and grow into the front end of selling and client management.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Massive sense of urgency — when something comes in, you’re on it right away.
  • Strong work ethic, whether at home or in the office.
  • Proactive mindset: if you’re not asked to do something, you find ways to add value.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable managing CRM and sales tools (Caterease, HubSpot, Apollo experience a plus — training provided).
  • Passion for sports, sales, and foodservice business.
  • And importantly: a good sense of humor — while it’s a grind, we have fun doing it.
  • Candidate ideally located within one of our 16 markets (Washington, DC, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Denver, Chicago, Detroit, LA, San Diego, Boston, Dallas, Charlotte, Toronto, Tampa, New Orleans, Seattle, Cleveland), Washington, DC metro area preferred.

THIS IS THE ROLE FOR YOU IF:
