Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We’re hiring a Junior Sales Specialist to support our outreach and client acquisition efforts with small-to-mid-sized pediatric and behavioral health clinics across the U.S. This entry-level role is ideal for someone passionate about healthcare innovation, with a strong interest in sales and customer success.
The Junior Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying leads, booking discovery calls, and supporting senior sales executives in closing deals. Success in this role is measured by the number of qualified meetings set and revenue supported.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and phone to engage pediatric and behavioral clinic decision-makers (owners, directors, administrators).
  • Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for senior sales executives.
  • Maintain accurate lead data in the CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Support sales demos by preparing materials, case studies, and product info.
  • Build relationships with clinics by understanding their pain points (capacity, waitlists, admin burden).
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and campaigns.
  • Hit and exceed monthly KPIs (e.g., booked calls, pipeline generated).
