The Role

• Conduct telephone marketing, including initial and follow-up customer contacts.

• Develop and expand the customer database.

• Review arrival lists in coordination with the Sales Manager.

• Support the planning and execution of sales activities, such as customer events and property tours.

• Gain insights into new areas of responsibility through cross-departmental collaboration.

What You'll Need

• Ideally, vocational training in hotel management or initial sales experience, or a strong interest in a career change.

• An open, communicative personality with a positive demeanor.

• Good manners and strong negotiation skills.

• A compelling personality with a passion for active selling.

• Enjoy working in multicultural teams and a willingness to engage across departments.
