CodeValue is seeking an analytical, tech-savvy, and highly organized candidate for a hybrid role that combines Sales & Marketing support with executive assistance to the CEO. This is a diverse and impactful position with direct involvement in operational and business processes across the company. Role Responsibilities: Executive Personal Assistant to the CEO: Preparing materials for meetings, documenting decisions, and tracking follow-ups. Supporting and coordinating projects end-to-end. Conducting business/technology research as needed. Creating presentations, documents, and analytical materials for management. Cross-departmental collaboration with Sales, Marketing, HR, and Operations. Tracking strategic tasks, project timelines, and goal completion. Initiating process improvements through data and automation. Sales Support : Managing and maintaining HubSpot on an ongoing basis. Building and optimizing workflows and sequences. Creating dashboards and reports, analyzing data, and generating insights. Working with complementary tools: Outlook, Zapier, Eventbrite. Identifying bottlenecks and improving processes. Providing user support and training to enhance efficiency and process adoption. Junior-level position – ideal for candidates early in their career Full-time position, Sunday–Thursday, 9:00–18:00, from the company offices in Herzliya. Requirements Up to 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant (PA) or experience in project management. (Military experience is also acceptable). Excellent command of Excel. Significant advantage: Experience working with and maintaining a CRM system, especially HubSpot. Additional Requirements: Strong analytical thinking, high level of organization, and ability to multitask. Tech-oriented mindset and quick learning ability. High service orientation and strong interpersonal communication skills.
