You will be responsible for providing administrative support in the customer service area. You are a true team player with strong communication skills. This is a junior position well-suited for a student, as it is part-time. Areas of responsibility Help customers with password resets and translations of templates Create new content like guides, short videos, or improve/ update the FAQ Create new accounts Monitor the demo signup process Create content for email workflows for customers Set up open webinar registration on the Website Help with checking translations for KideScience and other services Previous experience Basic understanding of cloud solutions and SaaS metrics Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar) Fluent in German and English Understanding pedagogy and literature is a merit Working period until further notice. Available over several university semesters, 14-15 hours/week This remote role is based in Munich, but you will occasionally join colleagues at a co-working space.
Responsibilities
