Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for new and existing accounts, managing the full sales cycle through direct customer interactions
  • Deliver excellent customer support by resolving issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying new sales opportunities
  • Manage individual customer accounts to increase brand awareness, strengthen engagement, and drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with the Junior Sales Support Specialist team to stay informed about the latest products, services, and promotions
  • Assist in executing customer acquisition and lead-generation strategies to expand market presence
  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and new opportunities to capture additional business
  • Provide upper management with performance reports analyzing sales results and customer acquisition progress
