POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated Junior Salesforce Administrator to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with 0–2 years of IT, Customer Service, or Salesforce experience who is eager to build their skills while contributing real value. In this role, you’ll focus primarily on production support and small projects/enhancements, ensuring our Salesforce environment runs smoothly while continuously improving the system for our business teams. Having the right business-oriented mentality is key to be successful in this role, and training can be provided for the right candidate.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

· 1 year of Salesforce Administration (internships, coursework, or project experience will be considered).
· Obtain full Salesforce Administrator certification within 3 months.
· Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
· Attention to detail with the ability to follow structured processes.
· Must be based in the United States.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

·· Familiarity with Salesforce customization (flows, validation rules, page layouts).
· Experience supporting end-users in a production environment.
· Knowledge of data management tools (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard).
· Exposure to Salesforce testing, release management, or sandbox environments.

Responsibilities

· Provide day-to-day production support for Salesforce users, including troubleshooting issues, resolving errors, and escalating to senior admins/developers when needed.
· Monitor and maintain system health, data quality, and security settings.
· Manage user accounts, profiles, permissions, and access requests.
· Support small-scale enhancements and projects, including updates to page layouts, validation rules, flows, and process automations.
· Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and list views to support business reporting needs.
· Assist with testing, deployment, and documentation of system changes.
· Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for incremental improvements to Salesforce.
