Zalando’s Enterprise Applications team is looking for a Junior SAP BRIM Consultant to help us execute on our B2C strategy by further developing and scaling our core business processes, leveraging the SAP BRIM module.
You will be joining a diverse and international team of 15 SAP Consultants managing a wide variety of Order-to-Cash and compliance driven processes in two SAP SAP S/4 HANA systems. As a Junior SAP BRIM Consultant for the B2C Post Order Technology team, you will be a vital part of our team, providing first-level support and contributing to the smooth operation of Order-to-Cash processes in our SAP BRIM module and beyond. You will be the first point of contact for our stakeholders, managing collaboration spaces, conducting regular check-ins, and facilitating knowledge sharing. You will also play a key role in incident handling, process documentation, and ensuring our knowledge base remains up-to-date. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow within a dynamic environment, working closely with experienced consultants and engineers.

Responsibilities
  • Be the friendly and helpful first point of contact for our Finance Operations and Customer Experience colleagues, system users, managing collaboration spaces and conducting regular check-ins.
  • Provide first-level support, handling incidents and/or tasks and escalating issues as needed.
  • Analyze system behavior and process issues, collaborating with consultants, engineers, and stakeholders to find solutions.
  • Collaborate with business teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Take ownership of maintenance and monitoring tasks, including performing tests and enabling business teams in testing.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation in Confluence
  • Keep SAP-related information in the business teams’ knowledge documentation up-to-date.
  • Conduct newbie trainings and side-by-side knowledge sharing sessions.
