Job Description ASOS Studios is a team of creative and operational professionals; working together to ensure the entire end to end process is run seamlessly. It's incredibly diverse, built up of several departments ranging from Studio, Shoot Operations, Retouching, Copy Writing and Production itself. It's a very busy, very exciting area to be a part of, requiring constant communication between the team, and all the other areas of the business. As a Shoot Operations Scheduler, you will be working as part of the Shoot Operations team to manage the smooth transition of product into and out of all shooting spaces daily. You will be responsible for the accurate physical and digital checks of over 1000 products a week, to ensure each one meets the scheduled criteria to accept and shoot. You will need the highest level of attention to detail with a true passion for organization and efficiently. You will develop the skillset of creating the daily shoot schedule and be responsible for all subsequent maintenance, ensuring targets are sustained at optimal levels and any necessary amendments are communicated. An analytical mind with a keen eye for numbers and a dedication to providing an exemplary level of customer service at all times make a successful Shoot Operations Scheduler. What you'll be doing Providing the highest level of service within ASOS to all stakeholders. Ensure the successful transition of all product into and out of ASOS Studios at all times, ensuring only scheduled product is ordered into the department. Aid succession planning by mentoring other team members on best practise of all areas of product receipt and prep. Hold workshops/shadowing sessions designed to develop and coach other team members to strengthen their skillsets and capabilities. Maintain a strong working knowledge of in house content management and tracking systems. Manage the team structure to ensure operational cohesion day to day. Ensure all studios have the optimum quantity of product for each shoot. Ensure that service to shoots in progress is swift and professional to maximise efficiency Maintain team and department SLAs and KPIs and be the custodian of reporting and control of all product within your team. Qualifications We'd love to meet someone who Has previous relevant experience in a similar role within a close-knit team Possesses a natural passion and aptitude for organising, production workflows and product traffic management Is a champion of delivering consistent, excellent customer service. Is skilled in the use of Microsoft Excel, specifically the creation and management of formulas and charts Can multitask and adapt to changeable priorities.
