• Work collaboratively with colleagues to design and support an inquiry-based, transdisciplinary learning programme aligned with the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (PYP);
• Build caring, respectful, and trusting relationships with students and families, recognizing the importance of partnership in learning;
• Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that promotes student wellbeing, voice, and mutual respect;
• Integrate purposeful and age-appropriate technology to enhance teaching, learning, and student engagement;
• Actively participate in ongoing professional learning related to the International Baccalaureate, the Primary Years Programme, and other school-based initiatives;
• Design, prepare, and deliver meaningful learning experiences that encourage curiosity, creativity, and authentic engagement;
• Select and adapt instructional strategies, resources, and learning experiences to meet the diverse needs of learners;
• Design and implement a range of authentic assessments that inform instruction, support student growth, and provide timely, clear feedback to students and families;
• Maintain accurate, current, and comprehensive records of student learning and progress for teaching, assessment, and reporting purposes;
• Communicate regularly and effectively with parents through reports, conferences, and ongoing dialogue to foster transparent and supportive relationships;
