PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Junior School Teacher is responsible for creating a stimulating, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for students
in the Junior School (Prep–Year 6). The role focuses on fostering academic growth, social and emotional development,
creativity, and curiosity while aligning teaching practice with the College’s vision, values, and curriculum frameworks.
